Over 50 pros to take part in “Panorama Prop Bet” at WSOP
In recent year, some stories that receive the most buzz at the WSOP regard the making of prop bets by various players. Last year, the prop bets surrounding Phil Ivey and whether he would win a bracelet received the biggest buzz. Phil Gordon had a prop bet with Ivey involving the Main Event final table that may have cost him Millions had Ivey won the event. This year, a different type of prop bet has been made my Justin “ZeeJustin” Bonomo.

Will a WSOP bracelet winner emerge from the Panorama Towers?
Bonomo has essentially laid 10 to 1 odds that someone staying at the Panorama Towers condo this summer will win a bracelet. The Panorama is the home to many pros during the WSOP and quite a few names are covered in this bet. While the terms of the bet are not yet finalized, one important factor of the bet is that the player must win the bracelet in Las Vegas. The WSOP Europe is not part of this bet.
The bet is open to any person staying at the towers, regardless of whether they are renting or just staying there. Second, they must be on the list of players that he will publish at Midnight on the 28th. Some of the players on the preliminary list include Phil Laak, David Williams, Liv Boeree, David Baker, Nick Binger, Joe Sebok, Jennifer Harman, Barry Greenstein, and Antonio Esfandiari.
The list of pros above is just a partial list. Over 50 pros are already on his list with more to follow. Bonomo is currently accepting bets and those that bet will have 24 hours to back out after he posts his list on the 28th.
How wise a bet like this will be remains to be seen due to the sheer number of players on the list. Granted, many of the players on the list have not even sniffed a WSOP bracelet as of yet. This may provide motivation, but in all likelihood, it will provide more of a bankroll pad to Bonomo.
