We all know that playing your position is important to how you play. The middle position in the toughest to be in during your game of poker.

The reason for it being tougher is that you have early players that can put you in a tough position but later players then can throw you for a loop. This why in all poker it is essential that you need to learn how read players around the table.

If you are sitting at table that has aggressive players behind you the best option is to be cautious. You don’t want to get into a situation where you’re placed into a corner early. On the other hands when you are playing against tighter players you can be more aggressive. This often times can knock out many tight players giving you an advantage.

This strategy is true to any table. If you are playing on an aggressive table you should be the one stepping back. Players often times get mixed up into the pace of the game. When people are being aggressive you can sit back and wait for your cards to come. When this situation occurs you will be able to take advantage.

On the other hand if the table is very conservative pushing the action can help you win. The reason for this is often times you will be able to push people out of hands. This is just like being a bit of a bully. Players will often enjoy stealing blind after blind.

Remember you are coming up to be in late position so your advantage will come soon enough.
