ESPN to Broadcast World Series of Poker Europe

The announcement was made today that ESPN will televise eight hours of the Main Event of the World Series of Poker Europe. Starting February 1st, ESPN will televise two hours worth of coverage from the Main Event. Episodes will start at 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. Eastern and both episodes will be rebroadcast »

Players Disapponted With Final Table Coverage

The coverage of the World Series of Poker has drawn a lot of criticism lately from various professionals and players. A lot of it stemmed off of the coverage given to the final table. The final table started on November 9th and 274 hands were played. Out of those hands, only 23 »

World Series of Poker Final Table Ratings up 46%

The ratings are in for the World Series of Poker on ESPN and all indicators scream success. Dennis Phillips To Auction Off Spot on Jersey for Charity

Dennis Phillips will be heading into the final table on November 9th with the chip lead of over $26 Million. He announced last week that a logo on his PokerStars Jersey will go up on auction and all money collected from the auction will go to the Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Horseshoe Southern Indiana Circuit Main Event Disappoints

The final total is in for the number of entrants for the Main Event of the WSOP Circuit Event at Horseshoe Southern Indiana. The final number of entrants for this Main Event is 88 players. The prior record for the fewest number of participants at a WSOP Circuit Main Event was 99. »
