Getting Too Emotional About the Game

Texas Hold’em is a very complex game and if you are going to allow your emotion to interfere with your game, you are going to lose some significant sums of money. You should always use your rational mind in order to make the best decisions at Texas Hold’em.  If you are not in the right mindset, you should not play.  Also, watch out for playing when you are too fatigued.  This will also affect your mindset.  Only play when you are well rested and in a winning mindset.

First, if you are playing at a full ring table, the chances that you have the best hand at the table will always be 1 to 9. Online poker professional players are usually playing only 10-15% of their hands. Playing more than that is definitely going to transform your online poker experience into a potential failure.
