Eleven-time WSOP bracelet winner Phil Hellmuth recently spoke his mind regarding online gaming in Washington D.C.  Hellmuth started with talking about how that the D.C. area may not do well in pulling in traffic due to the small population.   He stated,

November Nine Prizepool Not Expected to Gain Much Interest Due to Market Conditions

Since 2008, the final table of the WSOP Main Event has been played in November at the Rio.  Known as the November Nine, the event was supposed to reignite interest in the poker community for the WSOP Main Event final table.
Hard to believe all that money from last year only drew $459 in interest.
