Attendance Picks Up at Tunica WSOP Circuit

Attendance Shrinks for Tunica WSOP Circuit Events

Amarillo Slim Beaten and Robbed

Thomas “Amarillo Slim” Preston was beaten and robbed Tuesday night in Amarillo, TX. Apparently he was meeting someone that owed him $3,000 and was to receive an ATV as down payment for the debt. When Slim arrived, he was beaten and robbed of both a diamond ring and $8,000 in cash. The »

Internet Poker Wins KY Case. It’s About Time.

Yesterday, a ruling was announced by the KY Court of Appeals that overtuned the seizure of 141 internet domain names. The ruling put to rest, at least for now, Kentucky’s attempt to seize the domains. An appeal to the KY Supreme Court may be in the cards for this issue.

2008 Revenue Figures for New Jersey Casinos Released

The New Jersey Casino Control Commission released their report on Monday detailing the states casino revenues for 2008. Overall casino revenue fell by 7.6 percent in 2008 to $4.55 Million.
